Planning a move around closing dates and schedule changes.

Put the date you hope to move beside the time you can actually enter the next home. When a closing or handover changes, tell Rhino Brothers promptly and ask for the moving arrangements to be reviewed.

Keep four times visible on one plan.

Closing, possession, loading and receiving are related arrangements, but one date does not confirm all four. Write down who controls each step and whether it is proposed or confirmed. Kristin and Lindsay describe flexibility on their individual bookings. Their experiences are useful context for communication, not a published cancellation, deposit, waiting or rescheduling policy.

Identify what is confirmed and who can change it.

Use your own notes to separate the property arrangements from the moving booking.

The home you are leaving

Record the deadline to remove belongings, the inspection or cleaning plan and key return. Keep essentials outside the load and identify any date that remains provisional.

The home receiving the move

Confirm when possession begins, who releases keys and who can receive delivery. Tell Rhino if access depends on another person or appointment.

The proposed moving sequence

Share requested loading and receiving times with the team. Ask it to confirm availability and the scope before arranging the rest of your plans around a window.

If the plan changes, update the whole sequence.

Contact Rhino with the changed fact and what remains confirmed, then ask which arrangements need review.

Explain the change clearly

Give the current booking details, the old and new proposed dates, the addresses and the access affected. Mention changes to the inventory or packing at the same time.

Ask about the actual terms

Request the current deposit, cancellation, rescheduling and waiting terms that apply to your booking. Confirm any charges or limits directly; this guide does not invent a policy.

Confirm the revised arrangement

Make sure availability, tasks and the updated plan are clear before relying on them. Coordinate changes with landlords, agents, contractors and the receiving contact separately.

A customer’s experience with Rhino

A moving date changed. The conversation mattered.

Kristin described clear communication with Carlos when the moving dates changed. In her account, the revised date was accommodated. Any new booking still needs its own availability and terms confirmed.

Questions before you book.

Can Rhino guarantee a changed moving date?

Contact the team to review availability and your booking terms. Past reviews describe accommodated changes on particular jobs; they do not guarantee a new date for another request.

What if I cannot receive the move after closing?

Tell Rhino promptly about the access problem and ask it to review the options and applicable terms. Do not assume waiting, temporary storage or a different delivery date is included.

Are deposits or cancellation charges refundable?

Ask Rhino for the current terms that apply to your booking and clarify them directly. No refund rule, fee or contractual interpretation is supplied by this guide.

Who should I contact about key release?

Your landlord, agent, seller or other authorized property contact confirms possession and keys. Give Rhino the confirmed access information alongside the requested move sequence.
